Paulo Empadinhas is a highly experienced professional with a diverse educational background and a rich history of working for prominent organizations.

Having studied a Master of Library & Information Science - MLIS, Applied Mathematics in Computer Science at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, and a Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master Business Administration in Management and Industrial Strategy at ISEG, Paulo has a strong academic foundation.

Furthermore, he expanded his knowledge by studying Mn MBA, Business Administration and Management, General at Management Centre Europe (MCE), as well as specialized courses in Cybersecurity at prestigious institutions like Harvard University and MIT Sloan School of Management.

Currently serving as the Head of Resources at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA), Paulo has held key positions in various organizations, including being a Professor at CESICP, Member Of The Management Board at CERT-EU and the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union.

His previous roles also include Chief Procurement at the European External Action Service, Africa Cluster Manager at UNDP, Head Of Finance And Administration at the Council of the European Union, and Director General at DFM Development Formations Métiers.
