Paulo Correia is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of energy efficiency, specializing in the development and implementation of projects with major energy distributors and private companies.

Over the years, Paulo has worked with renowned entities such as Light, AES Eletropaulo, EDP Escelsa, Coelba, Celpe, Cosern, Cemar, Procel/Eletrobrás, GIZ, DEG, PNUD, and BIRD/GEF.

In the past 6 years, he has been involved in structuring solar photovoltaic projects of various scales, encompassing activities from feasibility studies to system design, engineering, installation, and maintenance.

With a previous background of 15 years in energy market planning at Coelba and Ceron, Paulo has coordinated efforts in market analysis, demand forecasting, and customer insights.

Currently, Paulo is focused on fostering partnerships as an independent consultant with energy distributors, consulting firms, institutions, and ESCOs, driving energy efficiency and distributed energy generation projects, particularly in solar photovoltaics.

His educational journey includes studies in Electrotechnology and Electrical Systems Engineering, contributing to his well-rounded expertise and knowledge in the field.

Throughout his career, Paulo has held key roles such as Senior Consultant at Autônomo, Operational Director at Ecoluz Solar do Brasil S/A, Director of Engineering at Ecoluz S.A., and various engineering positions in esteemed organizations like SEINFRA, COELBA, and CERON.
