With a strong foundation in academia, Pauline ventured into the professional realm where she held various key roles in reputable organizations. She is the esteemed Founder & CEO of Hearable Labs, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and leadership capabilities.

Prior to her current role, she served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Fraunhofer IZM Berlin, highlighting her expertise in fostering innovation and guiding emerging startups towards success.

Pauline also gained valuable experience as a Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First, where she honed her entrepreneurial skills and collaborated with like-minded individuals to bring groundbreaking ideas to life.
