Paulina Olsson

Paulina Olsson is the co-founder and CEO of Peppy agency, a social-emotional learning agency based in Stockholm.3 She previously co-founded Peppy Pals, an award-winning company that developed apps, e-books, movies, and activities to teach children aged 2-9 about social and emotional intelligence.1

Olsson joined Peppy Pals in 2015 after reaching out to the company's founder, Rosie Linder, while completing her master's degree at Copenhagen Business School.1 Together, they built Peppy Pals into a successful venture that gamified emotional intelligence learning for children without using text or language.3

In 2022, the Peppy Pals IP was sold, and Olsson shifted her focus to founding Peppy agency.34 This new venture aims to support brands in creating innovative, healthy, and child-centered designs that promote social and emotional learning.24

As an expert in play, media, and social-emotional learning for kids and families, Olsson has trained over 500 kid industry employees in emotional intelligence through her consultancy work.3 She is passionate about empowering children with kindness and compassion, and supporting their ability to thrive in a digital environment.3
