Paulina Mazurek

Paulina Mazurek is the co-founder and CEO of BEIT, a Polish startup focused on developing quantum computers.12 She has over 20 years of experience in various positions in tech companies.5 Prior to founding BEIT in 2017, Mazurek held notable roles at several major companies:

1. Head of allegro.tech at Allegro, the largest e-commerce platform in the region3
2. Program Manager at Google, where she helped set up the R&D site in Krakow3

Mazurek is also the co-founder and CEO of Bitspiration Booster VC, an acceleration program and venture capital firm for startups from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.1
