Paulina Lutz

Paulina Lutz is a multi-talented professional with a keen interest in Tech, Sports, and Health. She is actively involved in Sci-Fi projects with Virtex. Paulina holds a Master of Science in International Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung - Otto-Beisheim - Hochschule, and has studied International Management at the National University of Singapore.

Throughout her career, Paulina has held various key roles in several organizations. She is currently the Co-Founder & COO at Virtex, and has previously served as an Advisor at Finoa - Digital Asset Banking, working in Marketing at VATION, and as the Co-Founder & CEO at Splitverse. Her past positions also include roles such as Board Observer at Fraugster, Mentor at Startupbootcamp, and Board Observer at Bonagora, among others.

Her professional journey includes experiences at top-notch companies like Earlybird Venture Capital where she worked as an Associate, as well as roles in well-known organizations such as Oliver Wyman, Henkel, and Krones AG. She has also contributed to various projects during her tenure as a Project Management Intern at Häger Consulting China Co. Ltd.
