Pauliina Myllyntaus

Pauliina Myllyntaus is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional with a curious mindset and a cross-disciplinary approach to work. Originally from Helsinki, Finland, she relocated to Paris in 2019 and is currently the International Talent Program Manager at France Digitale. Her expertise lies in recruiting and recruitment coordination, designing candidate and employee experiences, employer branding, and sourcing, as well as setting up and improving recruitment and HR processes. She also has experience in event management, marketing communications, and consultative B2B and B2C sales and account management.

With a passion for organizational design, international and distributed teams, DEIB, service design, UX and UI design, content creation, and Agile and change management, Pauliina possesses a wide range of skills and interests. Her educational background includes studying business, human resources, interdisciplinary product development, languages, marketing, and communication at top universities in Finland and the UK.
