Pauleena Pal is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in healthcare, research, and consulting. Pal attended the Bergen County Academies where she studied Medical Science and Technology to pursue her career in health sciences. Afterward, she earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She further enhanced her skills by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York.

Pal has worked with a plethora of organizations ranging from healthcare facilities to research institutions to consulting firms. She worked as an International Inpatient Oncology/HIV Clinic Extern, Inpatient General Medicine Extern, and Clinical Pharmacy Intern at different medical institutions in her early career. Additionally, Pal held various research internships at Moffitt Cancer Center and Genesis Biotechnology Group, where she worked on cutting-edge research studies. She also served as an Educational Assistant at Sylvan Learning Center, where she developed her passion for education and teaching, which enabled her to contribute more effectively to her client's objectives.

Pal joined CVS Health and served as a COVID19 Support Pharmacist, where she helped clients manage their medications and cope with the anxiety and stress related to the pandemic. Currently, Pal works as a Life Sciences Advisory Consultant at Deloitte, where she assists clients with strategic planning, technology integration, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.
