Paula Sans

Paula Sans is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the chemical industry.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from El Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección, a certification in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM), and a degree in Quimical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City.

Paula has held various key roles at Dow, showcasing her strong leadership and business acumen. She currently serves as the North America Sales Director for W&C, Pipe & Microirrigation at Dow.

Her previous positions at Dow include Sales Director for Mexico within the Performance and Specialty Plastics division, Market Value Manager NRLA, Product Manager for Low Density Polyethylene in Latin America, Marketing Manager for the Polycarbonate Business in Latin America, and Polyolefins Sales Account Manager in Mexico.
