Paula Rosado is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in cross-border deals, transaction services, financial and commercial assessment, and advisory services. She studied Bachelor in Business Administration and European Management at Lancaster University, Management School, one of the top 5 UK business schools, and followed it up with BBA (Hons), European Management at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid (ICADE). Her analytic and strategic thinking, investigative mind, versatility, and resourcefulness have served her well in diverse functions and work environments. She possesses strong commitment, rigor, and responsibility in executing daily tasks and is highly motivated, determined, and passionate about driving results.

Paula's expertise includes the assessment of financial statements, key financial and commercial information, and analysis of businesses’ KPIs, historical performance, and future sustainability. She is adept at normalizing metrics such as EBITDA, working capital trends, and ratios analysis, identifying potential items with relevant impact on purchase price, cash flow, liquidity, and valuation. Interacting and discussing key points of the transaction with private equity and corporate clients and reporting factual information in support of the hypothesis is another of her key strengths.

Her cross-border deal experience in UK, Belgium, and Switzerland makes her a valuable asset to any team. Currently, she serves as a Senior Manager at KPMG Belgium, where she uses her experience as a former Manager at KPMG to deliver top-notch services to clients. Before moving up the career ladder, Paula worked as an Associate in Deal Advisory at KPMG and as an Auditor at KPMG Auditores S.L. She also gained valuable experience working as an Intern at Uponor and PwC Consulting.
