Paula Pollei

Paula Pollei is an experienced IT Manager Director with a diverse background in project management, systems and network administration, and consulting. With over 20 years of experience, she has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills in assessing the needs of organizations and implementing effective solutions for IT support functions, security, communication, and technology. Paula excels in managing budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, and progressing projects, and has successfully led departments and supervised team members.

Her qualifications include managing and monitoring all security for systems, designing, installing, maintaining, and updating various types of networks with different equipment, working with existing programs, and supporting development for in-house systems. She also has a well-rounded knowledge of various technologies, including Microsoft Products like Exchange, SQL, IIS, and Windows Server, backup and recovery software, Active Directory, network security, VBA, Access, ColdFusion, SQL, HTML, and more.

Paula is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management degree in IST Leadership (75% complete) to enhance her leadership skills in IT team and global environments. She also holds an MS in Computer Information Systems with a 3.94 GPA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Computer Science from Heritage University. Her ongoing educational goals have taught her technical, managerial, and leadership concepts, making her a well-rounded IT executive.
