Meet Paula Miller, a retired "People Care" leader with a proven track record of successfully managing over 125 personnel in the Information Technology (IT) industry. With expertise in people management of various talents, Paula is known for her problem-solving and execution abilities in dynamic environments. She has played an active role in developing processes, people, and businesses during tough economies and is a champion of employee morale, quality, and productivity. Prior roles of Paula's include Project Manager, Tech Lead, and Programmer, and she has also played a liaison role between team members, clients, HR, Legal, and finances, ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved. In terms of education, Paula studied Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems, General at Oakland University.
