Paula Lau Ho is an experienced and skilled legal professional with over 14 years of experience. She has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Cornell University. Paula is passionate about access to justice and human rights, and has extensive experience in legal and human rights training, non-profit project management and private practice.

With excellent writing and editing skills, Paula has produced clear and incisive grant proposals and reports, training materials, research documents, and legal analysis. She has led a cross-cultural team in successfully completing a grant to train Chinese lawyers.

Paula has worked in several organizations including International Bridges To Justice where she served as Interim China Program Director, Elearning Project Coordinator and Legal Consultant. She also worked at Greater Boston Legal Services as a Volunteer Attorney, in Nonprofit Consulting as a Nonprofit Consultant, at Social Venture Group as Senior Researcher, and at Poon & Ho as an Associate.
