    Paula Guerra is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background.

    With a deep expertise in procurement and sourcing, Paula has held various key positions at Mondelēz International, including Director Dairy Sourcing Europe, Associate Director Sourcing Dairy Europe, Global Procurement Transformation Lead, and Global Cocoa Procurement Lead.

    Her experience also includes roles such as Manager Global Sourcing Cocoa Products, Strategic Sourcing Manager and SRM Cocoa, Risk Manager Procurement Cocoa Products, Commodities Development Manager Cocoa, and Commodities Quality and Continuous Improvement Specialist Europe and CEEMA at Mondelēz International.

    Prior to her tenure at Mondelēz International, Paula Guerra worked at Kraft Foods as a Master Intern Confectionery NPD and at Bavaria SABMiller as a Malting and Manufacturing Engineer.
