Paula Homor

Paula Duailibi Homor, LL.M., PCC, is a New York-based executive coach with a diverse cross-cultural expertise gained from various cultures, countries, and corporate settings.

Her core areas of expertise include Cross Cultural Awareness, Effective Communication, Strategic Planning, Team Building, and Career Transitioning.

Currently, Paula focuses on providing assessment, feedback, and support to refine leadership skills across all management levels, as well as assisting women re-entering the workforce after a hiatus.

She founded NY Local, a start-up that provided consulting services to esteemed Brazilian retailers, guiding them through innovation and brand reinvention by drawing inspiration from the New York retail market.

Having worked with notable clients such as Casas Pernambucanas, O Boticário, and Natura, she encouraged innovative thinking and strategic planning through consumer behavior analysis and market targeting.

Paula holds a Columbia Coaching Certification from Columbia University and a Master's in Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

In her personal life, Paula is Brazilian, married to an Austrian, with two American children, and she engages in practices like yoga and meditation.
