Deputy General Manager

Health and safety compliance, overall accountability for ensuring attainment of standards as dictated by H&S legislation and internal audit requirements. Operations Manager

Responsibilities: Reporting directly into Managing Director and General Manager of the site in regards to budget and revenue protection. Currently overseeing Sales department and membership integrity. Reporting into HR: managing Sickness, absence, annual leave, payroll, recruitment and any other HR related issues (i.e. disciplinary,investigations), reporting into Finance: implement procedures for banking, cash handling and lease with debtors. Oversee and provide support for Front of House leader. Deal with customers’ complaints and general operations of the site. Deputise for GM on her absence. Provide support for Call Centre and Manor Park. Generate reports of the system for GM (e.g. Cost, Revenue generation/income, Debtors).PNL analysis.

Senior Multi-site Admin Manager

Deputise for General Manager when he is absent. Recruit, coach and lead my team. Support every department, ensuring perfect execution of daily club operations so that all facilities and equipment are clean, safe, well presented and functional in line with VA brand standards. Open and close all facilities (e.g. pool, spa,reception, concierge, gym) deal with complains and exceed service expectations. Deal with payroll, make rotas, 121 (people management) and orders.
Oversee Lounge 

Lounge Manager – General running of the lounge, stock take, orders, budget control, rota, payroll, recruit, coach and lead the team. Exceed member expectation through excellent costumer service.

Service Manager/ Ops Manager

Personal Trainer – Assess clients according to their goals (Body fat %, fitness test, food diary
etc), design one strategy to achieve clients goals. Deliver session 1-2-1.

Fitness Coach- Deliver Quick Start and Re-set programmes for members. Provide members with a good fitness experience and make them feel welcome. Open and close the gym. Deliver ‘fast’ classes
Responsible for drawing up day sheets. 

Deputise for Fitness Manager when he is absent. Monitor ‘fast class’ attendance and score cards. Draw up rotas and lead meetings with other Fitness Instructors. Provide updates and reports to Regional Manager. Design fast class timetable. Deliver training to the Sales team in TRX.

Fitness Manager  / Fitness Coach/PT

Responsibilities: Teaching step, aerobics, power lifting, weight lifting, capoeira. Inductions for
new members. Deliver fitness sessions to Private Clients. Strength, flexibility and body fat
assessments and Vo2 max.
