Throughout her career, Paula has held various prominent positions, including being the Founder & COO at Theia, a Lecturer at IED Istituto Europeo di Design, and Marketing and Product Director at GuiaBolso.

She has also been involved in design thinking projects at Escola Design Thinking, spearheaded innovation at Whirlpool Latin America, and worked at renowned organizations like IDEO and The Boston Consulting Group.
