Paul Zed

Paul Zed is an experienced Board Chair with a strong background in the technology and telecommunications industry.

He is skilled in Negotiation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Governmental Affairs, and Arbitration.

Paul completed his education with a Directors Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors at Rotman School of Management, an LLM from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), an LLB in Law from the University of New Brunswick, and a B.A in Political Science from Dalhousie University.

Throughout his career, Paul has held various positions including Counsel&Strategic Advisor at McCarthy Tétrault, Director at Facedrive, Chairperson at London Goodenough Association of Canada, and Director at Pearson College UWC.

He has also served as the President's Advisory Board Chair at Rogers Communications, Chair at Cisco Systems Canada Co., and Member of Parliament in the Government of Canada.
