Young has worked in both large, multinational pharmaceutical companies and small biotech startups, where he has effectively translated disruptive technologies into successful business enterprises. With a unique career blend of science, strategy, and business development, he has delivered numerous internal R&D programs for clinical development and has secured transformational licensing deals with external parties.

Young has a passion for creating successful and productive organizations that bring innovative, breakthrough treatments to patients.
