Paul Wormser

Paul Wormser is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in executive leadership, engineering, P&L, and manufacturing, particularly in the fields of renewable energy and photovoltaics.

With a diverse educational background including an MBA from Northeastern University, a BSME in Mechanical Engineering/Solar Energy from The George Washington University, and a BA in Spanish from the University at Albany, SUNY, Wormser has a solid foundation for his career.

Throughout his career, Wormser held key roles in reputable organizations such as Clean Energy Associates (CEA), SunEdison, SHARP Electronics, First Solar, and University of Massachusetts Lowell, where he contributed significantly to technology development, product engineering, system solutions, and strategic leadership.

As Vice President - Technology at Clean Energy Associates, Wormser leverages his expertise in open innovation, new venture creation, and technology transfer to drive the company's success in the renewable energy sector.

Prior to that, he served as the Sr. Director of Marketing - Solar Materials at SunEdison, showcasing his strategic marketing skills and industry knowledge.

Wormser's experience also includes roles like Director of Technology at Solar Design Associates, where he played a pivotal role in technological advancements in the solar industry, and VP Sales and Marketing at ASE Americas, demonstrating his proficiency in sales and business development.

Having been involved in various startups such as Konarka Technologies and Advanced Energy, Wormser has a proven track record in entrepreneurship and new venture development.
