Paul Wolt

Paul Wolt is a highly experienced financial professional with a strong background in both the "Buy-side" and "Sell-side" of the industry. Paul started his career in public accounting with BDO Seidman, LLP, servicing banking, broker dealer, and hedge fund clients. He later worked at Deutsche Bank Securities in several capacities, supporting the convertible bonds desk as product controller, and then as a supervisor for the US and international listed and OTC trading platform. In 2004, Paul moved on to a new challenge at CRT Capital Group LLC, where he became integrated into their core bond trading strategies and developed a trading platform for their newly established CDS and IRS Derivative business. He also worked as the Controller for their Asset Management Co. and Fund of Funds team, handling all administrator responsibilities, including month-end close, performance, investor statements, and year-end audit and financials. After leaving CRT in 2007, Paul became the Fund Controller at Moon Capital Management LP, handling all accounting for both the Flagship Fund and Leveraged Fund. Paul is a CPA in the state of New York and is a Licensed Series 7 - 2000. He studied B.S. in Accounting at Fordham University.
