Paul Warenski is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the legal and technology sectors.

He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Social Philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. His undergraduate studies include a triple major in Economics, Political Science, and Philosophy from the University of Utah.

Paul has held high-ranking roles in various organizations, most notably serving as the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at HashiCorp and Alfresco Software. He has also contributed his legal expertise as Executive Vice President & General Counsel at ServiceSource International, Inc. and in leadership positions at BenefitStreet, Intraware, and Commerce One in the technology and financial services industries.

With a robust legal background, Paul Warenski has also practiced law at reputable firms such as Schachter Kristoff Orenstein & Berkowitz and Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience as an Attorney/Judicial Law Clerk for a United States District Court Judge and as a Research Associate/Policy Analyst at The Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Paul's passion for public service is evident through his role as Legislative Director for United States Congressman Wayne Owens, showcasing his commitment to law and policy.
