Paul Van Hoesen

Paul Van Hoesen has a diverse professional background starting with serving in the U.S. Army focusing on NSA cryptography systems and network deployment. He transitioned into data communications engineering for Fortune 100 companies before founding his own data communications and IT consulting group. In the 90s, he took a break to work in Russia and Central Asia to help establish underground Russian pastors. Subsequently, he co-founded and served as the CTO of Education Networks of America, a highly successful venture that revolutionized K-12 Internet networks. He then delved into private consulting, working with prominent organizations like Philips Medical Systems, Stratum Broadband, and IBM Global Services. Later, in 2007, he founded cTechnology, Inc., aiming to create sustainable economies in rural communities. In 2011, he co-founded VTM, now known as Empower Health USA, focusing on patient-centric education, wellness, addiction treatment, and prevention models. Furthermore, Paul is involved in mentoring startup founders, real estate investments, and runs a coffee business for fun.
