Paul Ulrich is a seasoned professional with a background in international strategy, policy, and economic analysis.

He has extensive experience working in 70 countries for corporations, governments, and multilateral institutions, focusing on global languages and cultures.

Paul holds a BA in Russian and East European Studies from Yale University, an MPA in Development Economics and Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and pursued MA and PhD studies in Applied Development Economics at Stanford University.

With a rich career history, Paul has held key roles such as Senior Policy Advisor at GSMA, Assistant Vice President at Moody's Investors Service, Policy Advisor at Independent Consulting, and Co-Founder/CEO at Timera, a distributed firm of remote workers.

Additionally, he has contributed as Director and Senior Consultant at Toffler Associates.

Currently, Paul Ulrich is managing an estate and engages in tutoring newly arrived immigrants in English during the school year.
