Paul is presently serving as an AVIT Integration Engineer at proAV Limited, where he is responsible for the network integration of Audio Visual systems within existing client networks while deploying networks dedicated to Audio VIsual systems. Prior to his current position, Paul held several positions at Focus 21 Visual Communications Limited, including AV/IT Specialist, Information Technology Manager, IT Engineer, and Junior IT Engineer.

During his tenure at Focus 21 Visual Communications Limited, Paul provided support for customers and internal users both remotely and face-to-face, acquiring excellent customer service skills. He grew professionally with the company's IT department and helped with the transition to cloud storage.

Paul later transitioned to Audio Visual integration as an AV / IT Specialist, where he assisted project managers and commissioning teams with integrating AV products onto a client's network, as well as dedicated AV networks.
