I am  a certified Therapeutic Game Master, which means I am not a therapist, but I am allowed to use games such as strategy games and rpg's as an intervention to help teens build social skills or work on something particular like social anxiety. 

I can also do groups/families for team building.

As an area director, my role was to oversee the First Priority Clubs in the local schools in my area. I coached teacher sponsors as well as local youth workers on how to develop a student-led club.
