Paul Tepfenhart

Paul Tepfenhart is a highly experienced general management executive with a successful track record in large and complex consumer packaged goods businesses. Paul has led with a strategic focus and built high-performing teams that have consistently exceeded critical results across marketing, eCommerce, operations, research and development, sales, manufacturing, logistics, finance, information technology, and human resource functions. Paul is passionate about customer-driven innovation and emerging technologies that are rapidly impacting the retail industry, including AI, machine vision, IoT, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and augmented reality.

Paul earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and a BS-CSE in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. With his multifunctional mastery of finance, supply chain, IT, and marketing, Paul brings a unique perspective to his work.

Formerly, Paul served as the Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Retail and Innovation, Group Vice President, and VP eCommerce and Omnichannel Solutions at H-E-B, one of the largest privately held companies in the US. Prior to joining H-E-B, Paul held senior leadership positions at major retailers such as Walmart, Evenflo, and Procter & Gamble, where he managed some of the most recognized brands such as Pringles, P&G Coffee, and NA Coffee Plant Manager.
