Identification & Segregation of Potential Market Segments
Generating New Business and New Account alliances and Relationships
Enhancing the Organizational effectiveness through appropriate Marketing Strategies
Revenue Generation through New Account Development & Key Account Management
Develop & Maintain Prospective Clients and Partners
Handle Meetings with Key Clients & Meeting them in person
Define and Execute the Marketing Processes
Getting equipped with Market Intelligence within the industry in terms of Market Development, New Projects, Competitive Activity, New Customers, etc.
Develop New Business Proposals
Provide necessary training to the Sales Team as and when required
Should need to travel to various cities for new account generation.
An excellent understanding of Software, Business domains, Recruitment function and the industry.
Responsible for developing IT business contacts to place consultants, and understanding and selling other IT Ideology consultants.
Gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants.
Facilitate the job requisition information to the Resource Development Managers (recruiters).
Client development, Job requisition management, Consultant relationship building, Recruiter relationship building, Business planning, and client relationship management, Database maintenance.
Strong ability to produce results within a team environment or independently, utilizing a "take charge" attitude, self-motivation, and commitment.
Handling and Building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client from development to payment procurement.
An excellent understanding of Software, Business domains, Recruitment function and the industry.
A self-motivated, team player with organizational skills, with exceptionally good abilities to rapidly learn new concepts together with excellent interpersonal skills.
