Paul Sohn

Paul Sohn is a leadership coach, bestselling author, and professor of Calling & Career. With a Master's degree in Organization Development and Bible Exposition, he teaches a course on Calling & Career at Biola University and works as the Director of Strategic Career Initiatives at the Crowell School of Business. As a board member of the Portland Leadership Foundation, former senior associate at GiANT Worldwide, and strategic planning consultant for the same foundation, Sohn has helped facilitate organization-wide culture change. He is also the founder and CEO of QARA, a leadership consulting company. Sohn has been named one of the Top 33 under 33 Christian Millennials to Follow by Christianity Today and received the John C. Maxwell Transformational Leadership Award in 2016. He has also been a member and contributing writer for Forbes Coach Council and a Lean Practitioner at Boeing.
