Paul Si’ulepa- MBA

Paul Siulepa is an experienced Education Officer who specializes in training and assessment. He provides expert advice to Transport NSW Providers and ensures that training programs are delivered to meet regulatory requirements. He also designs and delivers specialized courses, including the Code of Conduct and Recognition of Prior Learning for Providers. Apart from these tasks, Paul looks after the quality assurance of educational training delivery by instructors and assessors.

Paul has received extensive training, including a Certified Associate in Asset Management, TAE 40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certified Scrum Master, and a Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice. He also holds several Certificates of Competence in Management, Real Estate, and Frontline Management, among others.

With years of experience in the industry, Paul has worked in various positions, such as Education Program Officer, Bus Safety Officer, Learning and Leadership Manager, Learning and Development Manager, General Manager & Immigration Advocate, and many more. He has also designed a program called Wayfinder that is aimed at keeping motorists and pedestrians safe in New South Wales.

Paul aims to ensure that the road users of New South Wales receive the best quality training programs to keep them safe on the road.
