Paul Sernia

Paul Sernia (PhD) is the CEO of Endua, a company that creates hydrogen-powered clean energy storage.13 He has over 20 years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in high-growth energy and manufacturing businesses.1 Prior to his role at Endua, Paul was a co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Tritium, a global technology company that designs and manufactures recharging stations for electric vehicles.12

At Tritium, Paul oversaw the company's growth from a small power electronics start-up to a global manufacturing organization operating across three continents, with customers in over 40 countries.1 His customers included major global energy companies, automotive manufacturers, and government agencies.1

Paul holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and an Honours degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Computer Science.1 He is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.1
