Paul Schleicher is an experienced commercial banking professional based in southeastern Wisconsin with a focus on developing genuine relationships with clients, business owners, and professionals.

As a member of Town Bank's commercial banking team, a part of the Wintrust family of banks, Paul concentrates on business banking, offering solutions and expertise tailored to the complex financial requirements of businesses, executives, and high net worth individuals.

Paul Schleicher has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has held various positions at Town Bank, including Vice President, AVP of Commercial Banking, Portfolio Manager/Business Banking Representative, and Commercial Banking Credit Analyst.

Before his tenure at Town Bank, he interned at BMO Harris Bank in The Special Account Management Unit and served as a Sales Assistant and Lead Generation Research Intern at Montage Talent.
