Paul Rosenzweig is a Senior Fellow at the R Street Institute, specializing in cybersecurity, homeland security, national security, and tech policy.12 He is the founder of Red Branch Consulting PLLC, a homeland security consulting company.13 Rosenzweig formerly served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy in the Department of Homeland Security.1
