Roemer’s deep management expertise includes healthcare, rain-maker, CX/UX, strategy, digital, program management, design-thinking, call centers/CRM, and transformation. He led IBM's global healthcare patient and customer consumerism, access, and engagement consulting practice, transforming consumerism to provide a better experience and drive wellness.

Roemer consults with healthcare executives to define and create an effective and innovative digital health consumerism strategy built on human-centered design, with a single aim of exceeding consumers' expectations every time they interact with their healthcare organization.
