Paul Hynd

Paul Richard Hynd is a highly experienced Systems Engineer, Systems Engineering Manager, and Systems Programmer with a strong background in consultancy and systems integration.

He has garnered valuable expertise through his consultancy-led business solutions in global corporations such as IBM, Unisys, and Fujitsu, across various industries including Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media, Utility, Aerospace, and Oil.

With a strong international presence in the USA, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Australia, Paul is proficient in multiple languages such as French, Swedish, Arabic, and is currently learning Russian.

Apart from his technical skills, Paul is also known for his Health & Wellness consultancy and is a private pilot with Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) and Group B (Twin) ratings.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of a Forex trading company, showcasing his diverse entrepreneurial ventures.

Paul's specialization lies in CTI integration for CRM, Contact Centres, and Call Centres, demonstrating his expertise in driving sales and business development in the EMEA region.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Paul is a member of The ONLE Network and has been involved in various organizations such as Ocado Engineering, Stock Republic Ltd, Fujitsu Global, and Samaritans, showcasing his versatility and commitment to community service.

His educational background includes studies in aviation at South East College of Air Training and Norwich School of Flying, as well as a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling from Metanoia School of Psychotherapy & Counselling.

Paul also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Strathclyde and has pursued further studies in Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent's University London, showcasing his commitment to personal and professional development.
