Paul Raducha

Paul Raducha is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years in Renewable Energy and a background as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He has a comprehensive skill set in all phases of Renewable Energy Projects, including project origination, financing, analysis, and asset management.

Paul has been involved in the development and management of over 150MW of renewable energy projects, covering various unique sites such as compromised locations, quarries, landfills, and brownfields. He has played a key role in advocating for renewable energy legislation at the state level and is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and combating climate change through innovative business solutions.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul is an active member of the renewable energy community in New England and nationwide. He regularly participates in local boards, commissions, and events focused on advancing renewable energy initiatives and is a respected speaker on the subject.

In his current role as Chief Commercial Officer at Energy Development Partners, LLC, Paul focuses on expanding into new markets, cultivating partnerships, and overseeing project origination tailored to the needs of these markets. He collaborates with strategic partners looking to invest in or utilize renewable energy for sustainability objectives and stable energy costs.

In addition to his professional achievements, Paul also enjoys outdoor activities like fly fishing, swimming, and hiking, having completed the Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike in 2002.
