Paul Perez

Paul Perez is the Director of Enterprise Transformation at Humana, overseeing impactful consulting projects in the commercial and military business segment.

With a background as a managing consultant at IBM, he specializes in Business Strategy, Operations, and Organizational Change Management.

Paul's career began in the US Army, where he served as an aviation officer and Blackhawk helicopter pilot, eventually becoming a company commander and project officer for the US Army Aviation Logistics School.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
