Paul Oppenheim

Paul Oppenheim is a seasoned investor with a wealth of knowledge in both public and private markets, with particular expertise in technology and media sectors. After starting his career with Robertson Stephens, a leader in the equity research industry, Paul quickly became an integral member of the Institutional Investor-ranked Internet team, providing coverage of early Internet leaders such as AOL, Yahoo, and Gemstar. He was soon promoted and relocated to London in 2000 to start the firm's European media practice, where he was responsible for coverage of Pay-TV companies such as BSkyB, NTL, and Telewest. In 2005, Paul joined OMT Capital, where he focused on high-quality mid-cap public equities for a long-only and long-short fund, followed by a move to Galleon Group in 2007, where he managed a portfolio of eleven private investments.

In 2011, Paul joined Diker Management/Unterberg Capital as a Senior Research Analyst, where he worked his way up to Portfolio Manager in 2012. At Diker Management, he led investments in technology, media, and consumer sectors, focusing on high-quality businesses with strong management teams that could increase value over a multi-year time horizon. In 2018, Paul became a Managing Director at Graticule Asset Management Asia, and his specialty is in technology investing in areas such as software, semiconductors, and hardware. Paul's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is also a CFA Charterholder and an Eagle Scout.
