Paul Oligschlager is an accomplished manager with a strong client focus, working in the industries of real estate and banking. Throughout his career, he has worked with international institutional real estate investors, commercial real estate developers, Dutch housing associations, a Tier 1 bank, and a payments FinTech company. Paul is skilled in operational strategy, project management, process optimization, and risk management. His interests include real estate investments, innovation, and sustainability. He has obtained an executive master's degree in real estate from TIAS School for Business and Society and a master's degree in real estate and housing from Delft University of Technology, where he also studied architecture.
Paul's professional experience includes his current role as Manager Strategy & Operations at KPMG, where he specializes in Financial Services & Real Estate. In his previous roles, he worked as a senior consultant and consultant in strategy and operations at KPMG. He also has experience as a Graduate Intern Valuation Advisory Services at DTZ Zadelhoff.
During his studies, Paul was involved in various organizations and held leadership positions. He was the Chairman of FRESH Students, Career & Professionals, and was elected as a Member of the Representative Advisory Council at VSSD.
