Paul Newcombe

Paul Newcombe is a dedicated and people-oriented individual with a background in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Human Resources (HR). With 5 years of experience in EMS and currently serving as an HR professional, Paul has a passion for helping others and making a difference.

Paul graduated from the business school of Cal State Long Beach, majoring in Human Resources. During his academic years, he was actively involved in various student associations such as the Student Communication Association, American Marketing Association, Society of Advanced Management, and the United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association.

As an HR Generalist at AS Solution, Paul brings valuable assets to the table including leadership skills, numeracy, and a strong dedication to his work. He enjoys networking, meeting new people, and continuously learning. Outside of work, Paul finds joy in weightlifting and hiking, embracing his love for outdoor adventures.

Paul's educational background includes certifications in IFSAC 1 & 2 and Firefighter 1 from San Pasqual Fire Academy 24. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from California State University-Long Beach and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business Administration from Saddleback College.

Paul has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as HRG - WA Territories at XPO Logistics, Inc., Human Resources Generalist at Allied Universal, Human Resources Assistant at EVgo, and Technical Recruiter-Remote at Rager Resources Group, LLC. His past experiences also include positions as a Firefighter at San Diego County Fire Authority, EMT at Care Ambulance Services, Inc., and Reserve Firefighter at Orange County Fire Authority.
