He has authored a book called "The Accumulator," which focuses on a fitness training method that gained Mumford's attention from publishers, receiving a contract with Bloomsbury in 2005. Mumford's podcast, "The Big Little Business Show," caters to small businesses, and his weekday show for digital oldies station Forest Gold has become one of the largest charity-run radio stations in Essex.
