Paul Morin

Paul Morin is an organized and well-qualified engineer with extensive hands-on experience in tooling types and manufacturing processes. He is a diligent individual with a natural creative desire to implement innovation in product design. Paul is self-motivated, focused, and comfortable working independently or in group settings. He is proficient in manufacturing and assembly design principles and processes, with in-depth knowledge related to manufacturing producibility. Additionally, Paul is well trained in developing balanced tolerance schemes designed to meet the needs of engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Paul studied Mechanical Engineering at The University of Texas at Arlington and also pursued a BS in Organizational Innovation at the University of Phoenix. Throughout his career, Paul has held roles such as Tool Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin, Process Engineer at Bell Helicopter, Tool Designer at Raytheon, CAD Drafter at Parker Hannifin, and more.
