Paul Miner

Paul Miner is a seasoned government affairs professional with over 20 years of experience. He has previously worked with industry leaders including General Electric and E.&J. Gallo Winery. He is known for building long-term relationships with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders regardless of affiliation and background. His core competencies include government liaison, business development, lobbying, strategic planning, project management, media relations, and boardroom presence. He has worked on several noteworthy projects including saving GE tens of millions of dollars annually by leading the effort to alter the state tax system and contributing to multibillion-dollar cost reductions for California's government.

Miner has also organized a public policy initiative (Rural Competitiveness Council) aimed at rural California and defeated an application for a California Coast appellation that would have harmed Gallo's business. He has studied law, international relations, and state and local government in institutions including the University of the Pacific and Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
