Paul McGregor is an advocate for mental health awareness, a successful entrepreneur, lecturer, author, and speaker. He found his passion for mental health advocacy through his personal experiences and has committed his career to standing up to the stigma surrounding mental health issues and promoting early intervention and better support for those in need.
His journey took a significant turn when, at the age of 18, his father attempted suicide unexpectedly. Despite surviving the attempt, his father tragically took his own life six months later. This heartbreaking experience fueled Paul's dedication to raising awareness about mental health challenges and the importance of open conversations about mental well-being.
Paul's educational background includes studying at Seevic College and The Deanes School. He has held various roles in different organizations throughout his career, such as being the founder of Everymind at Work. Additionally, Paul has worked as a mental health author at Trigger, a mental health speaker at My Mind Media, a corporate training manager at Shaw Mind, and a short course lecturer at the University of the Arts London.
As a multifaceted individual, Paul McGregor has also been involved in the world of fashion journalism and publishing. He has been a founder of Mens Fashion Magazine, a fashion journalist at FashionBeans, and the founder of Brighterman. With a diverse set of skills and experiences, Paul continues to make a significant impact by sharing his story, speaking at events, and advocating for mental health awareness.
