Paul McDermott

Paul McDermott is a collaborative and solution-oriented legal counsel with vast experience in corporate and business law, complex business litigation, and employment law. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Boston College Law School. He has broad experience in corporate and business law, including public and private M&A, private equity and debt financings, IPOs, follow-on offerings, strategic partnerships, technology licensing, and general commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in complex business litigation, including securities litigation, IP-related disputes, bankruptcy court adversary proceedings, and employment-related disputes. Additionally, he has significant experience in employment law, including company/management-side counseling and employment-related court and administrative proceedings. He has worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Vistaprint and as a Corporate Attorney at DLA Piper US LLP, Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP, Sally & Fitch LLP, and WilmerHale (formerly Hale and Dorr).
