Paul Leaf is a skilled Director of Finance and Business Operations with extensive experience in the development and production of satellite contracts. He has a strong background in Operations Management, Operational Planning, Proposal development, Contract Negotiation, and Leadership. He graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautics Engineering and earned his Masters in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
