Paul Lachal is a highly experienced commercial property investment manager, consultant, and director with a passion for business excellence and customer-focused services. Lachal is the co-founder of Lachal Property, a full-service property consultancy that provides independent and personalized property investment strategies to deliver better property investment outcomes for clients. With over 35 years of commercial real estate experience, Lachal has an enviable list of contacts within the property industry and has successfully run his own real estate development and consultancy firm for 12 years with experience in commercial and residential projects worth over $400m in the last 8 years.

Lachal's areas of specialty include property development strategies, capital transactions, commercial leasing strategies, investment management, negotiations, market research/analysis, and business system development. Lachal's impressive track record as a consultant includes managing acquisitions worth in excess of $360m and project managing the leasing and refurbishment of the ex-Bunnings store in Albury, a project that required managing $10ml in refurbishment costs.

Lachal holds a Valuations degree from RMIT University and is an alumnus of Xavier College. He has held various high-profile positions throughout his career, including Director at Élan Property Group, State Managing Director at Knight Frank, Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte Australia, General Manager at Yarra City, and National Director of Leasing at Knight Frank.
