•	Opening 22 EU markets with 48 months
•	Opening Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan including centres in Moscow, Ekaterinburg and Kiev
•	Launch of Kenya, Turkey and Nigeria
•	Development of regional headquarters for customer services, operations, finance, legal and compliance

•	Management of internal resources through the growth from nil in September 1996 to a turnover of $20million per month in March 1998. 
•	Opening of joint venture factory with Arkopharma Group in Waterford, Ireland
•	Opening of trading subsidiaries in Russia (7) Ukraine (4) Kazakhstan (2) Italy and the Netherlands (1)
•	Relocation of headquarters from Antibes to London for the development of a more professional infrastructure
•	Implementation of massive costs savings plan as a result on 1998 financial crisis - $6m savings 
•	Development and implementation of entire restructuring programme focused on Cyprus over 3 year period
•	Conversion of all financial records into International Accounting Standards and the completion of its 1st consolidated audit by Ernst and Young

•	June 22nd 2004 Successful listing of newly consolidated group onto Cyprus Stock exchange – the first foreign company ever to do so.
