Assistant General Counsel - IP and Vendor Litigation

I oversee legal support in three areas: I lead the team that supports our Home Services, Pro Sales, and Store Ops business units. I also lead a second team that resolves customer lawsuits - cases involving store transactions or in-home services - for the eastern two-thirds of the United States and all of Canada. And third, I also manage a variety of larger commercial matters as well as internal and government investigations.
