Additionally acted as a strategy director on various client assignments, new business pitches, and integrated ICF projects due to an open strategy director role being paused for an indefinite amount of time.

I came up with the original idea for Thinkers & Makers while working at space150. When I stepped down from my role there to launch it, Emilie was leaving her job at Olson. I invited her along with three other people to join me. Emilie was the only one who signed on, so the plan was adjusted and away we went. During the time I partnered with Emilie, we were positioned as a brand strategy and innovation consultancy blending anthropology, design and magic to help brands and their agency partners find better ways forward.
